Great Hosts and Great House!

Really nice condo close to the lifts and downtown Breckenridge. Slept 10 of us comfortably. Great kitchen to cook in, very clean and nice. Liz and her husband are great hosts and very helpful. Highly recommended!

Great home in a Great location

Myself and 12 of my best friends stayed here for a girls weekend to celebrate a 40th birthday. The home was perfect for what we needed. Plenty of room for 12 adults, very clean and up to date with amenities. Comfortable beds and pull out couches, plenty of linens pillows blankets. We really enjoyed the large dining room table which became a congregating place for us with plenty of space. The condo is located close to main street and shopping. We all had spa appointments in town throughout the day and the location made it very easy to get 13 women back and forth throughout the day. We had 2 questions that the owners answered in a very timely manner and they were very easy to work with. I felt they wanted to make sure we had a great stay while we were there. I would absolutely come back and stay here any time of the year.

THE LUXURY OF A HOTEL PLUS THE COMFORTS OF HOME

We stayed at this home with another family for a ski vacation in January. We had 4 adults and 5 kids and the place was more than spacious enough for our group. The house is homey and beautifully decorated, it was really a very comfortable place to stay. The owners spared no expense on the “necessities” – the pillows: comfy, the linens: high thread count and soft, comforters: plush and very warm, the towels: thick and soft and plenty of them — really like staying in a high-end hotel. But you also have the conveniences of a home: the kitchen is well-appointed and well-stocked with cookware, quality tableware etc, there’s laundry equip. if you need it. Plenty of seating, comfortable furniture, etc. There is LOTS of storage space including space for ski clothing/equipment without infringing on the living area. The master suite is VERY comfortable and there are plenty of TVs and wifi, it’s nice that we could run our Netflix through the smart TVs. There are plenty of games, a pool table and the hot tub for after the slopes. Probably the best thing about this house is the LOCATION. It’s a short walk to the bus stop and taking the “short cut” through the complexes, it’s easy and safe with kids. Since you’re at the end of the route to Peak 9, you can literally be at the ski hill in minutes. It also gives you easy access to the store and/or anywhere in downtown Breck: very convenient if you don’t have a car or just don’t want to drive. We had a GREAT time staying at this place, we’d definitely stay here again!
